2.Project background:

"Developing a Large Circulation" is an important content of “the five big constructions” proposed by the committee and the government of Huaian, which plays an important supporting role to strengthen the competition and radiation effect of huaian. At present, dozens of project of logistics are under construction including Huaian Jingwei Steel City that is the largest steel logistics in Huaian, and Zengli Trade Company that is the largest liquor wholesale Center in northern Jiangsu province, and some private logistics serving for Chunlan or other big enterprises.
